Jay and Diana wanted to be near their grandson, and they wanted a home on Morse Reservoir, which did not sound too difficult, but it became quite a journey. Deb asks a lot of questions to find exactly what buyers are looking for and that was no different with Jay and Diana. They were looking to downsize, they thought they would be happy with around 2500 square feet and they wanted it to be already updated. They also wanted a view of “Open water”, not a canal and a boat slip. Again, seemed fairly doable. Deb found a beautiful ranch that had a marvelous view of the open water and was a little over 2700 square feet boat slip and lift, sounded perfect. Deb set up a tour. They thought the house and view was beautiful, but to quote jay, “There is no room for me!” It took about a year and we found the perfect house, with the perfect view and was over 4800 square feet.
