Melissa

Melissa met Deb at an open house and was happy someone would help her find a home in Indianapolis since moving here from New Mexico. Melissa & Deb saw many beautiful homes and because Melissa liked older homes with charm and character, we settled on an historic district of The Old Northside. The house on Bellefontaine was a 1910 charming home with plenty of eclectic character and modern updates making it the perfect home for Melissa. Below is what Melissa had to say about Deb:

I moved to Indianapolis from out of state. I had an idea of where I wanted to live but didn’t know exactly. Deb took the time to show me houses and condos in several neighborhoods until I found the right house and neighborhood for me. When it came time to make an offer, Deb thoroughly analyzed sale prices of similar homes in the neighborhood. She helped me make a fair offer based on the current market. She uses many on-line tools that make reading and signing necessary documents a breeze.  I bought my house 4 years ago and Deb keeps in touch. I have asked her advice on the resale value of numerous home improvement and landscape projects. Deb will be my realtor the next time I buy or sell a home!
