Steve & Diane had purchased their new home in Zionsville and now they were ready to sell the family home although bittersweet, they knew another family would love the beautifully landscaped large yard and create their own memories with kids playing in the pool. Deb helped them prepare to sell the home by having them first meet with her stager. After they made updates and cleared many items, we listed the home at $409,000. Deb told them it might take a while since people either want a pool or they don’t, no in-betweens. The right family came along and after a few negotiations, accepted offer of $388,000
